It's something on Playstation Home, I figured out, but I can't remember what you do on it XD. I think there are a couple of games you can play, and if you connect it to your pottermore account you can get cards or something like that.

Yes, it's free. You can buy like clothes and such for your little person though, which costs a bit of money. Other than that, it's free.

I'm not sure on the exact name, but I figure searching out Pottermore will find it. It's for Playstation Home, and I'm not completely sure what that is off the top of my head. I don't use the PS3 too much lol.
