The belts seem to be the Forbidden garter from the Token shop and Vayne's belt from the Crane Game, layered over a Shadow Agent Top. The flower is the Forbidden Rose from the Token shop.

poor dead feet though, soak them in peppermint oil and hot water, and coconut oil, softens and refreshens, I have osteo arthritis in my ankles so I know what sore feet are like *nods*
