I haven't used my quest thread in about a year due to an illness but since I am getting better I wanted to make sure it was ok to go back and post in it again.

I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to necro it or if I have to redo it completely to use a quest thread again.

The rules actually are pretty clear about this -- Trisphee has no necroposting prohibition, but you have to make sure that new posts have real content. If you're planning to revive the thread with some intended use, that's definitely OK.
