Obviously Ari is against the wall, in case she has to make a quick getaway with her claws.

That, or Ei could just run out of there. She's bloody fast, so I'm sure with practice she could probably run up walls with ease. But that may also require her to enhance her footspeed even more with her psychic/theurgic powers (once she understands how to use them at will). :P

Ari, small issue... training in this kind of stuff takes *time*. Like, Ph. D. time. Not being able to control psychic talent would likely be more dangerous to the psychic than their enemies.... smashing into walls in uncontrolled bullet-time, for instance. And to be able to multitask powers effectively would probably be more on the order of decades of experience and practice.

btw, three more midterms this week, one of them being tomorrow. will not be on often.
