No, one should not give up, I agree. And chatting is very nice. Been a few days since I have been here.

@Umaeril: Honestly I do not see it as a bad thing. Especially given Trisphees events in the past. You have 3 weeks to get 100 souls and given that you do not have to post for them makes it a plus. I know it seems annoying but trust me I think its a good idea. It keeps people focused on posting, instead of spam posting then leaving because they have all the sets and keeps each user from getting 3 sets in about a day. I do think either the drop rate needs to be adjusted or that they should make it like Areishia said where it doesn't takes away it just doesn't give. But I don't think its a reason to throw pitchforks just yet. Its only the first day. @.@

I think it might be a bit too early to complain formally about it, I'd rather wait another day to see how the granting goes and if it's still too bad then I'll make a suggestion to at least make the post grants more frequent.

Wait until either the third or second day I'd say. The staff post in the forums frequently so I think that if the granting and bad lantern encounters are really bad the staff will notice it themselves and adjust the numbers.

Yeah, but what if there's a lot of those...oops your lantern went out things? And since the posting grants seem to be low (which they may or may not be) that in combination could be a big hinderance.

I'm not worried about it at this point, but if my lantern count hasn't gone high enough to get one item in a few days, and it happens to other people, it could be bad.

Though minus the negative lanterns, I like this event so far XD
