It's unfortunately not just about sparing your feelings, Lawtan, I have to keep the game running, so we can't afford to critique and revise sessions for every post -- which is why I keep encouraging you to post some writing in your other thread, so we can work on stuff together and really dig into the minute mechanics and everything.

As for Kadia, it's up to you what you want to do with her, but we're coming to the end of this mission, she could very easily go her separate ways from these people if she wanted to, and you could bring someone new in.

As to why I have trouble posting in the other area right now...I am short on time. And my mind is having issues going back and forth...a lack of knowing where to go with my other stories/characters...and a worry that they are all the same..

I may employ that "Kadia-Rurik thing I mentioned...if I get the chance."

It is just hard seeing the very things I despise about myself - my weaknesses - are personified so easily in both the writing and actions of Kadia.

As a note, if I am messing up the game too much, just tell me and I'll leave. I hate being a burden.

Oi Law, if you'd like, you can always do character work with meeeeeeeeeeee. We can do some quick and dirty roleplaying to help you get a bunch of different character scenarios, it would be fun.

I've told you before you're welcome here. You haven't done anything nearly disruptive enough, because, most importantly, you're willing to learn and work with us, and that goes a long way.

And you're really not doing that bad, Law. This thing with Kadia and Thomas is *fine*, conflict between characters is great RPing fodder and brings life to the story (imagine how much more boring this bit with the snakes would have been without that leading up to it.)

Honestly, I'd prefer it if we had *more* arguments among the party, let's not delude ourselves: most of these people are sociopathic at best, there should be friction. Friction is fun!

(And in the foreseeable future there will be no overpowering domineering NPCs. I'm perfectly fine with you guys throwing my plans awry and killing the NPCs, it just needs to be believable and fit into the context of the story.)

Your post is confusing me a titch, Lawtan. Nothing big though, and no need to edit anything. What do you mean by "syringe pumps?" Are you referring to the syringe's plunger? (The plastic part you push). Note that the syringe is the plastic part that holds the liquid. It may or may not have a needle attached to it.

Well...the pumps are mechanical and can exert a large amount of suction/pressure to carry Kadia's mixes of chemicals to be emptied in needle/syringe-like "hoses" almost.
(And yes, this was made up on the spot, so this may not be technically right...imagine a mix between an IV...and an adjustable fire hose.)
And...yeah...I realize that is a bit redundant of a name...better than "medicine-pump-thingy"

I'm glad that you added Kadia's section back in. It makes the post feel more complete than if it was just the robowolf. Not that he isn't cool, but he isn't the one your character profile was all about.
