Yeah... I have minimal leadership skills. I'm entirely to passive to be a real leader, lol. I still don't understand how I wound up with so many minions back in high school. @.@

I actually recruited minions, though... And people just said okay and signed up. It was really crazy, lol. I was dubbed "Master-o-Minions". Had it on my back pack and everything. XD

Our school had nothing like that.
I was more referring to my scouting and competition experience as leader for time and again. None liked me (was not iron-handed, but scouts were there for appearances only, and I was not in favor of that.)
Scouts: Lets play tennis/phone games
Me: We planned to have knot relays, or firebuilding (and cooking), or making leather flags...

Yeah... I was in the middle of nowhere, in Northeast, Georgia. Most of the people I came across were sheep-ish. They went with whatever. *shrugs* It was completely different from my old school. People there were very suspicious and all about the hustle. It was a total culture shock when I transferred. >.>'
