Long shifts mean more money though, right? :D that's a plus, at least.

My job has lately included lots if longer than usual days, but it's not terrible, really.

It (fairness of job situation) depends on
a) how law savvy the employee is
b) how law savvy the employer is
c) social standing
and d) how much either of the above needs the other

Still. Most employees should be paid more when working longer. Overtime without pay is illegal, if you aren't a salaried worker.

True...unless I think the employees purposely/without approval go into overtime. I think that falls under something like fraud, then. *Not sure*

Well,yeah, things are hazy all around.

Law is always hazy xD it can be used to interpret a situation in a number of ways. Hopefully if it's in your favor.

Also I'm thinking about making a discussion thread but it's art related so would I have to put it in the art section anyways? ((idk if anyone really goes in there so I want to put it where it can be seen.))

Think of it this way: not everyone wants to look at a thread like jibber jabber, and not everyone wants to read about art stuff.

Thus, separation is better. (And you probably get more people to see something in its own thread rather than a general one that occasionally gets 5 pages of posts in a hour.)
