I do but dont for both. if i chug the evergy drink i can;t sleep right after it, but if i sip it i can as much as the coffee or nothing

I was having coffee earlier today (woo, long days and three hours of sleep) and got a massive headache.

Then again, I drink almost exclusively black coffee.

Is black coffee worse then non-black coffee for energy or headaches or something? o.o

Hm...I just can't be bothered to add sugar and creamer to my coffee. I guess that's in part because my dad adds /too much/ of each, which got on my nerves. I'll add a pack of sugar to a cup of coffee on occasion, or get a mocha latte, but the latter's only because the mocha covers a lot of the milk taste.

...I don't like milk.

But bitter coffee is a nice wake-up call. I guess black coffee is also more caffeine per cup, and to be honest, since caffeine is a stimulant and sleep deprivation is technically a depressant, the two mixed together can produce /bad/ results.

Like, having coffee when you're just a bit tired is fine. Having a lot of coffee when you haven't slept in a night is...bad.

I ended up tossing the remaining 1/10th-ish of the coffee.

I can't drink coffee /without/ sugar or creamer. XD And if it was just because your dad adds too much, why not just make it the way you want it without any influence? o-o I don't know..

I don't really care for milk in coffee or as a drink either. But in cereal I'll take it. XD

I didn't know sleep deprivation could be depressing... I don't sleep til like 3 or 4 in the morning because I have trouble sleeping, and I don't feel too depressed unless I'm left alone after I see something that depresses me. XD
