Well, on one website, you hate to be the first to quote the bunny to get the item they put up.

Still haven't got a one because I'm slow at type the quote tags...then I have to copy paste what the bunny said for it to count.

The event ends in two days and I haven't gotten a single item.

Which means that website will be one of those that I rarely check since I don't post anywhere much and I have no rps (not that I'm very active here either...)

It also doesn't help that there are like no items in shops. They have tons of color, just so little items. So if I want to customize my avatar, it's either donate or get event items. I'm not donating...and I can't get the event items.

Wow o-o' Reaaally doesn't sound like that website knows what it's doing... XD
I mean. You don't put up a bunny/item and have it be the first one to quote it, gets the item. that's bound to leave people out. Most likely the people who don't -live- on there. Or just people who can't quote, like yourself. It should be everyone-friendly. Not 'the best'-friendly.
Yeah that's... not somewhere I'd want to be either x: Needs some organization and shaping up...

I mean, it is a new site, but they should either not have it quote based, or delay it until they can fix the link quoting thing.

Even when I see the bunny, I'm too slow to quote. So I give up on the event. I mean, if I really wanted the items, I could be on all day but the bunny only posts in really active threads AKA the announcement for it...so I'm not going to be fast enough.

While I can understand the whole new site and 'not much experience' thing, even I, who has no site, can determine that making an event where 'the best' or 'the fastest' only win, at the begining, no less, is a bad idea.
I mean, it puts items out there to only certain people at the start, meaning those items are probably going to skyrocket later. x:

I'm not bothering with it even though there are items I want. I doubt the price will skyrocket mainly because I have a feeling it'll stay really small which means the currency will never be too abundant (I mean like Gaia or anything)

I'm weird about event items like that. If I was around for the event, they're not worth it to buy since given the time/luck/whatever I could've gotten them for free.

Ah. Yeah I sorrta feel the same way too, but then the item-wanter in me figures 'get them now, before it get's harder to get them' XD So I would get them anyway.

I tend to be an item hoarder, but the only new items on there are event and donation. So...yeah. I want the items but I won't get them. I think the event ends tomorrow and there are like 10 items or maybe 12? Idk.

My thought is: I haven't donated....so either way, at least I haven't wasted money. That makes me happy at least.
