If it's raining super hard, the bottoms of the tunnels are occasionally under an inch or two of running water. Which makes explorations really awkward, since you leave footprints, haha...But those usually evaporate after a bit because steam tunnels are, what...80F or higher?

They do have drainage systems, obviously.

I...uh. Actually...did think about writing action novels as a kid, but I kind of lost that spark during high school. My dad had just brought that up with me yesterday, that I should maybe look into those novels I wanted to write.

I don't like the heat either, but I like the thrill of...uh...
