it is 4 years old and well used, i am actually very mobile with it and it has been repaired often, new keys, new screws fixed mice fixed screen, the harddrive is dying though so i get really bizarre lags and the occasional blue-screen-of-death

Oh man. My hubby's laptop (which was my old lappy) did that too. Just kept shutting down on him. I think it was the fan more than anything though but it blew the harddrive. -w-

been trying to keep the fan clean and working so luckily that is still going for it

Yeah I tried that too. haha He needs a new laptop but he got a tablet to suffice. lol

On one hand, you don't own the apartment grounds...on the other hand you (all) agreed to pay/rent under the belief that these kind of things wouldn't happen.

That was a bit rude of them to not even let you know about the construction. I hope the patio turns out nice for you, though, since you seem to be getting stuck with it anyway. <3

actually a lot of the neighbors are very angry about it, the company is known for piece-of-shit moves
