hmm I haven't been one to really reset my games however my dad really likes the bank because it makes it easier for him to trade between his x and y games on one system

Yeah, now that almost all events are either wi-fi or in Gamestop, there's absolutely no reason to not have the events be worldwide. :c

except a lot of japan's events are at real live pokemon centers and movie theaters

Yeah but there's nothing stopping them from putting the same event into Gamestop in the US. ;o;
