Sad but true...that is one reason why some people rent spaces and live in tents.

I wish I COULD rent a space and live in a small space of my own creation, but stupid zoning laws forbid homes under a certain size. :p

Wait...minimum housing sizes? Ugh...

Well, it looks like people with "Tiny houses" tend to have essentially a minivan-styled house, mobile and all...

Yup. And even for the tiny houses that are actually small enough to be conveniently mobile, according to what I've read, less and less campgrounds are letting you bring in homemade RVs. And to declare your tiny home an RV, you need to spend thousands on licensing.

Many tiny homers tend to camp in friends' back yards, from what I've seen. But around here, I think the law even cracks down on that.

I don't like the cracking down on this. Wouldn't it be more prudent to, I don't know, investigate and remove corruption in the government? (I.E. what appear to be a growing number of corrupt judges, who are largely responsible for several cases of police brutality and greedy legislatures being ignored)

Or improve the economy in a non-"throw money at the 1% companies" manner?
