I'm working on the fifth page of my comic... or trying to anyway. :3

Aaayyy! Good job!

I missed Guy Fawkes Day yesterday, in terms of NaNo stuff (IE: you light something on fire in your story on November 5th), but to make up for it, the fifth page has someone playing with fire (Literally).

That sounded like words, and yet I have no idea what you just said.

It's a National Novel Writing Month tradition. I have no idea how it started, but I've included it in the 2011 and 2012 stories... Didn't do it last year, and should've drawn the panel in my comic with someone playing with fire yesterday, in honor of the tradition, but yesterday was a bad art day for me, so I ended up not doing it. But the fifth page is what I'm working on now, and the first panel has someone playing with fire, so it's kind of a nod to the tradition.

Oookay then, not sure I understand at all, but whatever keeps you motivated to work, Den!

Once I get the chapter drawn out, I'll focus on inks and getting stuff scanned, cleaned up, and toned (doing a color cover and black and white inside to keep costs down). Then on to drawing out the cover, inking that, cleaning it up, and coloring it. Once that's done, I'll be doing a test print with one of the possible printers, to see how things look. if things look good, I'll print off enough for the convention I'm going to in March... maybe do a run of covers that I can draw on... maybe.

Ugh no, never.

Lordy, that sounds like a lot of work. I don't remember, have you told me what this story is about?
