Just because someone make a price guide doesn't mean another person can't. Plus it is not about one person and plus making guide is not a direct pricing, it is only something for users to get good estimation of what each item cost. Unless someone just want their to be known and then just go all crazy with the pricing and just think their is better than anyone else. Those who think like that totally going to be put down later. A person who do something in the real world or online have to be respectful in what you're doing and there are no rules against another person creating another price guide.
