So...I got the Malifaux male character building set... So far, I've assembled a gambler armed with a sword, a tophat-wearing guy toting a rifle, another rifle-toting guy, and a horn-headed guy with a big friggin' gun. I'll be writing to the company though. not all the heads are compatible with the torso options.

Which means you can't really fully customize your guys. Bummer.
