yeah i wish my mom had done it to one of her dogs long ago but no, the dogs are just for loan (for free until they die) so she can't do that! or even ask for permission to do it. Sigh.........

no, no, castration is any procedure that renders the testicles unusable, not necessarily complete removal. Chemical castration doesn't even involve surgery, it's just using chemicals to inactivate the testes.
