Hmm, I suppose if you're a vegetarian, pizza with pineapple and not meat would be a bit on the odd side.

I don't like pineapple in pizza period, even when I did eat meat.

I used to hate pineapple in pizza, but now I'm kind of...okay with it. Not that I'd go out of my way to acquire it, but if it's there and the only/better choice, I'll take it.

If there's a vegetarian pizza with pineapple on it, I don't have a problem picking the pineapple off and eating the hot pineapple and the pizza separately. I just don't really want the pineapple flavor and the cheese flavor to mix.
