Yep... My nan loves dates but I can't stand them. You tend to see them more around this time of year for some reason...

Well its a christmas treat in most places, goes well on the fruit platter along with dried figs.

Then i don't like em, sticky fingers are unpleasant.

there are forks if you are a grownup XD

But then you have to go fetch them all the way from the kitchen and i usually sit in front of the tv when the fruit platter is served.

I can't deal with sticky hands either. I can't deal with any sort of stickiness really or my hands being dirty.

Well i always gnaw on bones so i can deal with it if it's for something yummy enough.

Well we arent by tv at any other point in time and we cant just put all the computers in one room.

why not eat together(without the tv) talk to each other, play games together, or something where you exchange interactions? XD

Oh we eat together but eating doesn't last all that long, most games we have are trivia games and only mi lil bro and mom likes those. Also we talk when watching the television it is a good inspiration for topics.
