lol, its just there are butt-heads that will argue with you what an anime is, and the Japanese are just like 'what? o.o; It's all the same to us *shrugs*'.

How do you pronounce manga? ouo

Man-Ga (man as in he's such a man)

or mah-n-ga (how the japanese pronounce it) o3o

I actually used to say man-ga until someone corrected me. Then someone asked me how to say it and I said either way but most people say it the other way. x'D

I always said it the japanese way and always wondered why people said man-ga.. o3o

lol, I was browsing the webs for comics and found a manga site. x'D I only knew it was manga from the Shonen Jump books I had. owo

I think that was still in the stores last I looked, but wasn't that done by Tokyo Pop?

The only store I have close to me is BAM! and it only carries the new releases. There is NOTHING from Tokyo Pop on the shelves there

well, they did close down for a short while.. not sure how their doing, mainly because they were releasing stuff that didn't interest me.

It sounds like in general they are not doing good. o.o;

I forget why they closed down.. i think it had something to do with Japan not being happy about how they were translating things.. They lost rights to Get Backers because of how much stuff they changed.

I read their version of Fruits Basket.. now that YenPress has the rights for the re-release, lets see how everything changed.

As you know they screwed with sailor moon.. I saw one scan where they called Usagi 'Bunny' i don't know if that was tokyo pop or some shit fan translation.. ._., don't translate names.. cause Mamoru would be "Protector" =w=, Mina "everyone" Luna isnt even japanese xD

Why? T_T Names are not supposed to be translated! D:< Stupid Americans that don't know anything. >_>
