my boss insists on keeping paper copies of everything too.

Shouldnt we be heading into a paper less society?
And for me it is just too bothersome to keep unnecessary duplicate information.

I think people who grew up without computers like to still do everything they way they always did. In my bosses case, Merle doesn't know how to really use a computer and doesn't like them. The state requires we keep electronic copies of everything so we just have all these duplicates because he's gotta have it on paper. I tried to teach him google drive so he could see how we are storing everything but he gets so confused any time he tries to go in there.

But google is so easy to use!
Should that person really be a boss if he doesn't like comps in this day and age?

And you can't keep everything store digitally because data can be lost/wiped just as easily as with paper. It's just as insecure as well.

We have a backup server but that's about as far as we go D:

lol, don't worry glitch, my only point is that digital info can be lost just as easily as paper. Only real benefit in comparison is how easy it is to pass the information on. In that regard digital is better. :3

I'm just glad I didn't break the whole computer like I did in fifth grade. I've never seen my dad so mad at me in my entire life. ^^; And at least I fixed it without help from anyone! XD Also, you've ditched your thread on KofK, but it's still kicking. :P
