Should I accept the job that gives me more flexible hours at a dollar fifty less pay that I will enjoy for months to come and possible have a chance to convince the owner to create a commercial kitchen for me to have a food brand under his brands name with 5 years time, or continue with the job that will for sure be closed down by july of this year that makes me hate myself on the inside dealing with people stupidity?
$12 an hour currently at 27 hours a week.

I've actually tried quitting my job twice already but they just keep telling me now I'm fine and I'm not to forceful about leaving so it's like meeeeehhhhhhh

Tbh I wouldn't know if I had ulcers or not >.> I already deal with Gerd due to family history, so pain in the stomach area is usual.
Except for the fact I know I had none back in november because that's when I had my first endoscopy =O

I did the math and talked to my Assistant GM at dominos for more hours in the future.
If I get him to agree to 11 an hour that puts me at 880 a month. plus 15 hours a week (my current schedule-ish) at dominos puts me at 1360 a month, which is what I make on a good full work week(3 days) at my current job.
If I miss days and I only work 4 days in a pay period through TS(current job) I make 912 a month.
Rent is 800, and bills are about 700 a month.
Serg will have 4 days a week still, making enough to cover one of those technically.
If I keep TS job until May, I can save up enough to finish my plan out to be 2 months ahead in rent in time for my festival this summer where I'm leaving for 2 weeks(thus no paycheck) and I'm already 1 month ahead, but he wants someone asap so if I do 3 jobs for 1 month I won't have any time but by summertime I will hopefully have less hours and more pay.......
BLAH.
It's a really tempting offer from him. I've been working with this guy as a vendor for our store for 2 and a half years so I know he's trustworthy but I worry about not being able to provide for the household and forcing the other members to work harder because I chose a different path in the career T.T And also I would't get payed to sit there and watch anime and talk to you guys on trisphee.....but the people X.X
