mine got to golf-ball then ruptured while i was driving XD scared my mother-in-law who thinks i need ;egit medical help but the cost of going to a good doctor is simply too high x_____x just getting shit looked at is 500usd not counting the xrays and surgery is even higher

we had lemon pork loin with colby macaroni, carrots, buttered corn&mushrooms and green onions
