i watered the plants yesterday

my last day off. . .

all weekend long i think i have this nice big weekend...

and then sunday comes.
and i have to go to work tomorrow.

and the weekend feels too small.

LOL same here! i get anxious every sunday cause mondays is normally when the boos comes up xD

monday is the day i have to work with all of my coworkers and they aren't afraid of work place drama like i am D:

all except one person i work with is a friend of the boss so like them or not, nobody is going anywhere. But the boss promised like all the men i work with manager positions and so there's a lot of drama. uggg

I really hate when a boss promises you something to get you to work harder then gives the promotion to someone else because they promised it to them first >.> It's really dirty and underhanded to play at work like that....

well in this case it's more like . . .

brady is the acting manager until our store gets opened.
Person Y was supposed to take over, person Y wasn't showing the drive to actually have the position
Person X was just an employee but was really on top of everything.
Person Y was given a couple of chances to step it up but he didn't have very good follow through.
Person X got promised the position instead.
Person X and Y are good buddies so they aren't really upset with each other
Brady and I were supposed to have already left this store so since he's still here they vent all of their frustrations at him, and don't like it when he gives them tasks or reprimands them for mistakes.

Aka they don't understand being patient and realizing things come in good time, and make it awkward by venting to the person supposedly causing their problems by not leaving, but are upset because their almost the boss, but not yet and brady is still doing his job that they want
and when they have his job the only person who can reprimand them is the highest up

Sorry if I seem a tad angry at them but the whole situation that they put you in constantly is no where near freakin fair.

i know it's ridiculous. It makes Brady act more dickish too because he can't do anything about it and no matter what he says they take offense.
