Confused person here. I can see where the furball stuff is in the shop, but I don't know how to preview all of the items.

When I go to the shop to see what they look like, I can't seem to open the animal head(?) or the cylinder ones. Am I doing something wrong? Does Trisphee not like my OS or my browser? (Win7, Pale Moon 26.1.1)
