lol, I was gonna make some flan today, but it's getting late so I was going to make it tomorrow. But now I am torn between making potato candy or flan. Maybe I will make the flan tomorrow and then make potato candy on Saturday.

Otherwise my husband won't eat the flan and will eat the potato candy instead. XD

Maybe. There is a lot of work to potato candy, but it's well worth it. I hope that he likes it, though.

Oh drats. I was hoping that it was going to be easy to make.... O.O

It takes a lot of time, and a LOT of powdered sugar. Just a warning, the more potatoes used the more sugar needed. The larger the potato, the more sugar needed. I would just start with one smallish potato.
