My shoulder feels a bit better after some sessions of physical therapy. There's more to come though. More shocking therapy, hehehe.

Yes, it's the kind of physical therapy my doc uses. There's also short waves or sth like that |D I just lay down and the machine does the work.

Makes my shoulder twitch to think of it. LOL

Oh, is it part of physical therapy? I remember something like that for my legs once.

It's a good pain rather than a bad shoulder pain xD

I understand. Good pain is like when you bowl for the first time in a long time, and the next day you're reminded constantly that you have butt muscles.

It's been going for awhile, but I can't remember how long. Whole cycle takes an hour.

LOL I guess it's not bad for me because I grew up working hard, and so hardly notice the aches of worked muscles anymore.

This week is going to be a busy one for me. I've a couple of appointments, then I drive up to Northern Iowa... and then I have to start planning what to pack for my trip next month!

I just had my busy week. Now I want a lazy one to weather Hurricane Flo in peace.
