the neighbor upstairs threw a fit at 3am and we had to be up at 6 to get ready for a dr appointment then nothing would let me nap after so i'm dead on mah feet xD

I hate when neighbors have issues while you are trying to sleep.... Like one of mine; used to live in a old factory turned apartments and I swear the dumb broad every single night pissed off her boyfriend for fun because I would wake up to her screaming or yelling outside at like 3 am... One night had to stay up til the cops came to retrive their kid.... Who walked up a flight of stairs in the fire escape to get to me. Thought it was his place and make it worse the cops knew who the kid belonged to.

No get the kid and bring him back to his parents is what I meant.

Any tips you can give Rose to get that bugger? I tried killing things and doing pet battles. Got 2 leveled up to 14 and no more xp for them there. I don't want to cap too many of them there.
