They are shaped fudge. I purchased a silicone candy sheet of Christmas trees and it was so easy taking them out of that. I made some fudge frogs in November and used plastic shaped candy sheets. Boy was that a pain.

People love my fudge. I make it with 62% cocoa pieces. I don't like chocolate, but love to make it for others. =)

have you considered non-chocolate fudges?

I've made peanut butter fudge and chocolate mint fudge, but people really prefer the dark chocolate stuff. For me - I'd rather have my peanut butter spice balls. Those are cookie crack. :P
