Oh my back can hurt really badly when I work at a puzzle for too long. I usually just set the timer on my phone, 20 minutes and I'm out! I heating pad on my neck helps.

it's not considered good decorum to talk about plagiarism and i've had issues with people on tris getting upset and since there might still be people who know this person here still i would rather not talk about it on this site
