As for Roliana...it seems like an unwise decision to shut down a site for a month. It's entirely doable to make a major update/change in the background and push it all out in a day/less. ANd you don't lose people.

I'm better at administrating and directing than I am at making content. Trisphee would be completely dead in the water if not for Galla & Glitch.

Toho is power
Galla s wisdom
and Glitchy would be courage XD

I'm not sure that's necessarily the right assignment of the pieces there.

I would say Galla is power, since she's the one muscling through item generation, by force if necessary.

Toho is wisdom, as he can't produce the content on his own but he facilitates what it takes to keep things running.

But yeah, Glitch is courage, because it takes a brave person to put up with the stuff that goes on in staff chat. :P
