Okay about this, is there like only certain shirts that make a shirt go the way the arms are? Like below:

There are only certain shirts that do that. If you want to use those arms without having the base arms show up, you need to use the invisible base in the editor, and fill in the rest of the skin with Adam body parts from the shops.

I found that and the head goes away, I found other arms the same way with the sleeves. How do you get the head to show not the arms?

I. The body shop there are parts of Adam so you can build the base from scratch, presently we use those body parts to make outfits that fit with other pose items :)
