Yeah, writers write the announcements along with some in game story lines. And I am horrible for trying to play solitaire/Nancy Drew when Galla wants an announcement. My true weakness is being ADD on a Tuesday.

We are officially out of Staffer Notes, and will be starting round two with Smooch Quest Characters upon game release with the 2017 Characters.

So basically jello is a sentient glob of jello that will devour you if you piss them off. They like weird things.
