Official Site Lore, when you exalt, you just send it to work at the local deity shrine. It's why when I exalt I name them Miko and Onshi.

Player Lore, depends on the player.

Most of my babies I know will be exalt fodder. Unless someone I know takes them for breeders.
I have checked on my children I've put in the AH though and some people have kept them which is nice =)

I only have 2 non-breeders (1 1/2, he's a part-time breeder) that I refuse to get rid of.

Also I am out of lair space and need to hatch D:
