I don't know everything in FR... I only know gather stuff and make dragons lol.

The trading post is useful, hyjin! I mean, you can get a free item everyday xD also sell stuff you get from gathering/coligrinding.

I'm just going to assume mdom doesn't check Swipp's for swaps often. ^^;
