His "mouth" is more like a (need the word)...soundwave visual. So it would look like this. He is powered by electricity from hydroelectric dams. His legs are for crossing damaged railways and sort of kicking off (sort of like a motor bike).

...His personality was originally posh British...but I've made him more like Hagrid. xD

Hey, y'all, Tam's 'net is still out. Apparently, the service door was blocked so the technician can't get into the room to fix things.
