Caffeine gives me hella migraines

so one is easy to avoid and the other not so much X''D

I have given up chocolate, all carbonated drinks, of course all wine.
Keeping my stress level down by mindfulness breathing. Seems to be working, oh yeah and the weirdest one of all, I have been using a heating pad on my entire head at night. That seems to be helping the most.

@MonBon thank you. Its taken me awhile to get used to the items and avis here. I don't think I changed my avi for months! I miss being able to save them for reuse.

The new avi editor has a closet for you to save them :)
