Hehe, well... about forty that I actually tried and liked enough so I will cook them again. The stack of recipes I'm definitely going to try one day.. well, let's not talk about that one XD

No worries. I rarely cook either. Although I am planning on making some strawberry pretzel salad once I get my hands on some strawberries!

Speaking of food, I should probably clean out the fridge tomorrow.
I've got some sour cream and collard greens that need to be thrown away.

It's a layered dessert salad.
The bottom is a crust made of pretzel pieces, butter, and sugar. Then a layer of a cream cheese and whipped cream mixture. And lastly, it is topped with strawberry jello with strawberries in it.

Ah, nice! I probably would call that something else than a salad, but it definitely sounds delicious.

It is pretty tasty. I want to find something better/different than the jello topping though. I really don't like jello anymore.

I've been wanting to make this blueberry dessert that seems like a better version of a cake that I like to make.

I bet it's pretty good. I am kind of a "cheesecake snob" and don't consider no bake cheesecakes to be true cheesecakes. But it would make for a good summer dessert for sure!

Cheesecakes are my favourite dessert of ever. The classic kind with whipped cream and salty caramel sauce.

I like lemon tarts second best and creme brulee third best.

I generally make myself a cheesecake for my birthday (because I am a sad loser with no rl friends to celebrate with). Last year it was a peanut butter and chocolate one with a pretzel crust. This year I'm thinking I may do a lemon one.
