Some days I have the want to do it, but do not actually go into what I need to in order to update stuff. It's just like a "Yeah, I really want to update it, but meh."

Hehe, sounds familiar. For the past few days I've been thinking "cool, someone posted a random image thingy - now get around to update your sig"... and I'm still switching the pictures by hand xD
