I think I will make it a point to spend 15 mins every saturday learning something new and different that I didn't know before, or learn info that replaces previously had knowledge. Such as knowing before komodos having toxic bacteria in their bits is now actually having venom ducts.

Natsunaine, I'm not sure if it helps you (as I don't know your actual situation), but ironically I've noticed the more you try to please people, the more they usually start to expect as their given right you will also do so in the future. Look after yourself, do what you need to do, and yes, initially they treat you like an asshole just because you don't cater to their every whim anymore - but after a while they get used to you not being available on command and should respect your wishes (unless they're total egocentric jerks, in which case it'd be better to find yourself a more welcoming environment anyway).
