Okay, I have a couple of suggestions for people to watch. This first one is a shorts series based on a girl that's switching places with a boy to go to an all boys school for basically Yakuza kids and stuff. The main character, the girl, is a master at martial arts, but is also a very kind person. So ends up making some friends easily, though she does have to fight them first.

And then an interesting one about a 'useless' guy becoming a teacher at a magic academy. The thing though is that he doesn't really teach them anything, or at least in the beginning.
