Some time in a dark room after taking my Excedrin and I feel better. Keeping the backlighting on my phone all the way down still though.

Moonshadow, nope I have not. This is the only avatar site I've been on and I doubt I'd really want to be on another, I have a lot of friends here. Somehow many of them are still here, like Glitch XD

Good idea Kad! I use f.lux on both my laptop and my phone and it really helps keeping the bright light down so it doesn't bother my eyes.

I think this one was brought on because I let myself get a little bit too dehydrated. That seems to be one of my biggest triggers.

Moon: I need to look into that. I don't use my computer much, but it could come in handy on my phone.

Serra: Yeah, I had been doing pretty good but then yesterday only had 2 cups of coffee at work and maybe a little water when I got home that night.

Kad staying hydrated is so important. I usually don't have a problem with that because I love drinking water. For me putting heat on the area of my migraine works great, I rarely have to take meds now.

Serra: I am usually just on one at a time. I can't do more than one. Since Ernya died and Syn is on life support I came here and I like it just fine.

Yeah...the water here is pretty nasty, so it's hard for me to drink it without it being filtered once or twice. Unfortunately, the filtering pitcher I had fell and broke.

Bleh, I'll finish drawing this page tomorrow. At least I'm almost done.

Kaderin, I keep a water bottle by my computer and try to take regular sips. Sometimes it works. Edit: However I see that water isn't an option for you :(

Moonshadow, makes sense! If I fully come back here, I probably will stop visiting the other forum I have been going to. I don't usually post there though, except in the LGBT section.

Once I pick up a new filter pitcher I can do tap water again. Until then, I can buy water and save the bottles to reuse.

Kad: I can't drink my water, I get severe stomach cramps, so I HAVE to buy bottled water. I usually drink Poland Spring I get it at Walmart.

Serra: I just can't do more than one at a time. I have gone to others following a friend, but then I just feel like I'm wasting my time. On Ernya I had the most amazing inventory. After losing all that I don't fuss or worry too much about my inventory here.

Woo! Drink that water! I'm glad the water here tastes okay after being filtered.

Moonshadow, makes sense. I'm kind of glad I can return to here because now I don't have to start from square one with my avatar, and already have a pretty extensive collection.

It gets expensive, I also drink Smart Water in the morning for the electrolytes. My water made me sick even with a filtering pitcher.
