Gizzie, I've worked on the vast, vast majority of items for the last 5 years. It just so happens that this pen everyone suddenly wants is from before I joined Tris, let alone began working with items.

tell you what, pick an older monthly, save up 5k to buy it off of me, and then i'll send you a pen to go with.
