i agree with a sort of raffle idea. maybe charge a small fee for choosing a number (something between 5-40, since that's about the range i've seen for posting around various sections of the site. so no one would complain about it as they'd easily make the money for the fee by posting one or two times)

I don't mind it being free though. XD
