Me, I don't mind working on sundays and prefer to have my day off somewhere during the week instead. But I guess it also depends on whether you have family and how many things you can do on each given day in your hometown. Sundays tend to get incredibly boring here.

oh here too...but i like to rest/sleep in xD i usually get a day off in the middle of the week too

My sleep is all kinds of screwy because of my meds...but today was the first day in awhile that I didn't sleep 9+ hours.

I sleep a lot in bursts. I got from 3 or 4 hours of sleep to 16 to 20.

Probablllllyyyyy not but i still do. I basically fight sleep, don't sleep then am so sleepy i sleep a lot.

It's actually an evolution thing to sleep in 2-4 hour bursts. Anthropologists believe that the wakeful time between sleeps was used for socialization and other activities that strengthened familial and community bonds.

I believe in bringing back the siesta time xD

There's a term for splitting your sleep into two phases... biphasic? A friend of mine did that for some time. Seemed to work out for him.

i tend towards split sleep when i get my body do what it wants.
