I feel like doing a Semi-canon Monster Hunter story here, but I also don't feel like doing it.

I feel embarrassed typing it.
It's good and all, but I feel like people would judge.

It's like there's standards here I wouldn't reach..

*Sigh*
I guess I won't do it.

Edit: I *also* thought of a completely random story that involves a tiny bit of MonHun. Let's just say a Juvenile Leucistic Mizutsune wanders through a portal and ends up in between one of this site's NPCs and a hard place.
The Mizu nearly cleans them to death out of panic.

The story I was going to type was about a crytid Valphalk.

Edit: I'm hoping to rack up enough Au for the Cyber Hacker Goggles. 'Cause they'd look AWESOME on me.

Edit 2: If I did write the Valphalk story, I'd be sure to include "Holy Maccau!" in it.

Alrighty. First excerpt of my Cryptid Valphalk story.

It was another normal day, or at least it would be if it weren't for some sightings of a blueish blazing object in the sky and the faint shriek.

This has happened for a few days now, and neither the Guild or the Hunters sent to investigate could find the source.

The screeches were like that of a Valphalk's, but they sounded.. Higher pitched, almost? And, of course, the blueish blaze (and occasional golden glint) also seemed to give away that it wasn't an ordinary Elder Dragon they had seen.

I believe in you, Niyo. We're always our own worst critics, and I have no doubt you'll be able to write something awesome! And even if you don't like how it turns out, I know others will enjoy it, and hey-- ya can't get better at something if ya don't keep at it!!

This is one of the most non-judgmental communities I've ever been in. You've got nothing to worry about.

I hope you decided to write that story, Niyo. I believe that the answer to a question like "Should I do enter-something-creative-here?" is always YES. haha
