That grilled cheese does sound amazing! For health reasons, I don't use mayo very often, but it can be really good on grilled cheese. (Although I also love to do peanut butter on my grilled cheese.)

Peanut butter with cheddar, yes. But preferably not the cheap Jif or Skippy crap, but actual peanut butter. The stuff that is literally just crushed peanuts. The flavors are really good together.
