The rule is no "excessive" noise after 10. We make like 1 sound and they remember to complain the next day. Like....my SO was playing with our cat and the other one came and tried to grab the toy and slammed into the door. They complained about that -.-

As long as you are following the rules you should be fine...unlike my last neighbors who would play absurdly loud music at all hours no matter what I'd ask.

I wish we celebrated Halloween where I am... I should explain more probably but I hurt my dominant hand's wrist and I'm in paaaaain. :'D

Yeah we don't celebrate Halloween much where I live either (India) except for maybe the odd apartment complex with a high population of tweens-and-below. But it's always very lowkey and just something to humour the kids.
I don't care though. Once I'm making my own money I'm wearing gothic lolita and trick or treating on Halloween.

keep in mind, they've been sitting in my jam-packed closet for months...so they are all a bit wrinkled. but i plan on washing and ironing whatever i wear xD and i'm not a skinny twig, so they are BIG dresses >__<
