Oh, I know those feels wholeheartedly. I had issues waking up myself, and I've only been up for three hours!

Pizza rolls and apples are life. They count as groceries. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! xD

Oh! I also bought yogurt and a couple bananas. I figured I can grab the fruit on the days I have early shifts because it's portable, so I can eat it on my break, when enough time has passed after waking up, that I won't get nauseous from eating.

Lol. I don't know that 3 hours in the evening really counts as having half a day off...
But I do have at least 3 hours from now to accomplish things before bed instead of only having about one hour.

Awww....I've heard of people having heartburn from bananas before. I don't remember why it happens though.
I'm not a huge fan of bananas, but they're okay for a quick snack once every few months or so...

I have no idea. I just know I eat one once or twice a year, and about once a year indulge in banana bread XD
